In this role, you will educate clients about Mackenzie products and address inquiries through inbound and outbound communication. You will work to enhance customer loyalty and proactively reach out to Financial Advisors and Dealers. The position entails a flexible rotating shift, blending remote and office work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Educate clients on Mackenzie products and services
• Address client inquiries via phone, email, and fax
• Provide superior customer experiences guiding clients
• Build relationships to foster loyalty toward Mackenzie
• Proactively contact Financial Advisors regarding requirements
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in French and English; additional languages are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to recognize sales growth opportunities
• Related industry experience is an asset
