Position: Senior Customer Success Associate at Caribou

The position reports directly to the Head of Strategic Markets. You will manage a diverse range of customer profiles and oversee implementation, training, and ongoing support. Experience in healthcare or customer success is beneficial, as is a commitment to empathetic customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support CSMs with enterprise accounts in strategic markets

• Build presentations and manage standard customer calls

• Onboard new customers and drive product adoption

• Deliver training and coaching throughout the customer lifecycle

• Analyze usage metrics and suggest improvements

Requirements:

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles or consulting

• Proven track record of achieving results with clients

• Strong problem-solving abilities in ambiguous situations

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail
