Salary & Benefits
Base salary range: $43,600 – $53,200 per year (based on a 35‑hour workweek).
Annual bonus target: up to 5% of base salary, with a potential payout up to double that target, depending on personal and company performance.

Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Claims Department, working in a call centre environment. Provide legendary customer service to external and internal clients, handle a high volume of inbound calls, meet daily metrics, and maintain low hold times.
What You’ll Do- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on policies, products, services, and initiatives.
- Answer inquiry and new claims calls on an inbound queue, applying knowledge, problem‑solving skills, and making on‑the‑spot decisions to move requests forward.
- Document files accurately and clearly to reflect conversations and actions taken on claims.
- Initiate difficult conversations with empathy and clarity regarding policy, coverage, or operational challenges.
- Maintain quality customer service, low hold times, and clear documentation.
- Execute multiple tasks aligning with changing priorities and time‑sensitive deadlines.
- Adhere to daily call centre metrics while handling high volume inbound calls.

- Excellent listening and communication skills with the ability to foster strong working relationships.
- Customer service and sales experience preferred; insurance experience is an asset.
Full‑time: 35hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:00am – 6:00pm, plus statutory holidays. No Canadian work experience required; you must be eligible to work in Canada.
