This permanent role involves engaging with key clients to enhance their experience and optimize the use of Veriforce’s offerings. You will play a crucial role in account retention and growth through upsell opportunities and personalized support. Develop long-lasting relationships while ensuring clients are satisfied and compliant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with key clients for loyalty
• Act as a trusted advisor providing strategic insights
• Monitor industry trends and recommend tailored solutions
• Manage account health by optimizing customer experience
• Lead client onboarding and conduct training sessions
Requirements:
• 2–5 years’ experience in customer relationship management
• Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels
• Strong results orientation and analytical problem-solving
• Knowledge of compliance or health & safety is an asset
• Experience with GRC platforms is a plus
