We're looking for individuals with a background in customer service and call centers, particularly those familiar with automotive dealership settings. This role requires excellent communication skills and a comfort with technology to successfully manage service reminders and customer relations. Key Responsibilities:
• Make 80-100 outbound calls each day
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely follow-ups
• Remind and schedule services as per manufacturer recommendations
• Handle inquiries on campaigns and recalls
• Connect with past customers for service follow-ups
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a call center is beneficial
• Preferred experience in a dealership service department
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Comfort with computer systems and technology
• Team-oriented approach to meeting goals
