Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree and possess customer service experience. The role requires fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, alongside strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will coordinate with teams to ensure exceptional service to our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person
• Communicate needs of Mandarin- and Cantonese-speaking customers
• Work with internal teams for accurate service delivery
• Manage appointments and keep service records
• Resolve customer issues to foster satisfaction
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in a customer service role
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge is necessary
