Luxury Dining Host at Primadonna

In this full-time or part-time Host role, you will ensure a welcoming atmosphere while juggling multiple tasks seamlessly. Your responsibilities include greeting patrons promptly, managing reservations over the phone, and organizing the front-of-house effectively to maintain a positive dining experience. Your commitment to team collaboration and personalization makes every guest feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers upon arrival with warmth

• Provide accurate wait time estimates during busy shifts

• Organize front-of-house to keep it neat

• Seat guests and rotate seating fairly among stations

• Assist with reservations and phone inquiries

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role

• Proven ability in fast-paced customer service

• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills

• Proficient in MS Word and Excel

• Ability to lift and carry trays up to 25 pounds
