In this role, you will manage service requests through various communication channels and oversee work order initiation for timely fulfillment. As a critical Dispatch Centre team member, you will engage with clients and assess service priorities while being measured against service delivery metrics. Your shift may include rotating hours, weekends, and on-call duties to ensure continuous service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound service requests via multiple formats
• Create and dispatch work orders accurately based on urgency
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Troubleshoot service issues with appropriate parties
• Maintain confidentiality of client information
Requirements:
• High school diploma plus specialized training
• Minimum one year in a customer service role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in navigating computerized systems
• Open availability for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays
Support efficient facility operations and customer satisfaction in a dynamic environment.
