In this role, you will assist guests with inquiries, provide way finding support, and ensure every fan has a wonderful experience at live events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for concert culture and excel in customer service while actively participating in our sustainability efforts. Your contribution is vital to the success of our events.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain loyalty through exceptional customer service
• Assist and resolve guest inquiries efficiently
• Provide way finding assistance throughout the venue
• Track inventory and help with sustainable waste initiatives
• Collaborate with staff to finalize venue operations post-show
Requirements:
• Background in customer service or live events preferred
• Sharp communication and interpersonal skills
• Available to work in all weather conditions
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Available for all events this summer
