RBC Amphitheatre Guest Services Representative

Help shape unforgettable experiences for fans as a Guest Services Representative at RBC Amphitheatre, part of Live Nation Entertainment. We are looking for friendly, proactive individuals to join our team.

In this role, you will assist guests with inquiries, provide way finding support, and ensure every fan has a wonderful experience at live events. The ideal candidate will have a passion for concert culture and excel in customer service while actively participating in our sustainability efforts. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain loyalty through exceptional customer service

• Assist and resolve guest inquiries efficiently

• Provide way finding assistance throughout the venue

• Track inventory and help with sustainable waste initiatives

• Collaborate with staff to finalize venue operations post-show

Requirements:

• Background in customer service or live events preferred

• Sharp communication and interpersonal skills

• Available to work in all weather conditions

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Available for all events this summer
