In this role, you’ll oversee a range of operational tasks focused on both financial and non-financial transactions. You will need to ensure compliance and integrity in handling client information while effectively communicating with clients and partners. Your expertise will significantly influence the successful management of client inquiries and support services.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate execution of brokerage transaction requests
• Maintain client and corporate records to mitigate risks
• Provide quality responses to inbound customer inquiries
• Collaborate with various internal departments for resolution
• Report on transaction metrics and client service effectiveness
Requirements:
• Strong preference for post-secondary education or diploma
• CSC designation is a plus
• Exceptional communication and judgment skills
• Capacity to balance multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Understanding of compliance and customer privacy
