Become an integral part of Delta's team as a Customer Service Agent (Ticket/Gate). Your efforts will ensure a smooth travel experience for passengers, both at the ticket counter and at the gate.
This role requires professionalism, strict uniform compliance, and a positive attitude. You will manage ticket sales, support check-ins, and assist with boarding processes. Being dedicated to safety and customer satisfaction is essential, as you help travelers feel welcomed and informed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell, print, and reissue tickets using a computer.
• Manage check-in and ensure proper travel documentation.
• Handle baggage lifting from scales to conveyor belts.
• Assist customers with trip planning and gate boarding.
• Operate jet ways and secure aircraft doors.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED/CAEC equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Lift up to 80 pounds frequently.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license.
