Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries regarding policies and billing
• Empower customers through digital navigation support
• Provide accurate and empathetic service across multiple channels
• Work with teams to improve customer experience and retention
• Identify cross-selling opportunities for existing policies
Requirements:
• 2-4 years in property and auto insurance
• Knowledge of Canadian personal lines insurance
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Familiar with CRM and contact center technology
• Active OTL/RIBO license for Ontario
