You will be an essential member of the Employer Solutions team, responding to client needs and managing program details with your bilingual skills and relevant experience. Leverage 2-5 years of experience in account management to deliver tailored solutions and drive client satisfaction effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed revenue targets set for your accounts
• Respond efficiently to client inquiries and requests
• Manage execution of client contracts and programs
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and client follow-ups
• Update and maintain CRM records regularly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years in sales or account management roles
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings
