This part-time position consists of approximately 25 hours weekly, focusing on customer service and operational management at the parking facility. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, managing payments, and ensuring the upkeep of the workspace. Strong decision-making skills in fast-paced situations are necessary for successful problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
• Friendly customer greetings upon arrival
• Manage parking fee calculations and cash transactions
• Log tickets diligently in the log sheet
• Provide guidance on pay stations via intercom
• Ensure cleanliness of the booth and surrounding area
Requirements:
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Effective decision-making under pressure
• Experience in cash handling is a plus
• Bilingualism will be considered an asset
• Required to pass a Criminal Background Check
