Position: Customer Service BDC Representative Role

As part of the Business Development Centre, you'll collaborate with the Service department to enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires you to field numerous outbound calls each day, ensuring that clients receive the support they need while fostering a welcoming environment. Your contributions will be crucial to both customer relations and dealership success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 80-100 outbound calls to customers

• Ensure satisfaction post-service visits

• Schedule service appointments and reminders

• Handle service-related inquiries and campaigns

• Additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Call center experience is beneficial

• Dealership experience preferred

• Excellent communication abilities

• Customer service experience is essential

• Strong computer skills and technology comfort
