Promotions Ambassador

Position: Promotions Ambassador at Royal Ontario Museum
Become a key representative for the Royal Ontario Museum in Toronto, Ontario, as a Promotions Ambassador. Share engaging stories and foster curiosity about exhibitions and programs with diverse audiences.

The ROM is seeking an enthusiastic Promotions Ambassador to enhance community engagement. This part-time permanent role involves delivering memorable storytelling experiences both onsite and offsite, as well as leading guided tours that spark conversation. You will engage visitors creatively, manage promotional materials, and support outreach events effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent ROM dynamically at festivals and community events

• Deliver engaging, high-impact guided tours and scavenger hunts

• Set up and dismantle promotional displays and booths

• Use storytelling to engage diverse audiences effectively

• Collect visitor feedback to support promotional campaigns

Requirements:

• Less than 2 years of post-secondary education in a related field

• 1–2 years of experience as a Brand Ambassador

• Strong public speaking and storytelling abilities

• Friendly and professional customer service skills

• Bilingual in French and English preferred
