Your role will connect members with vital banking services and support.
This position requires strong customer service and sales abilities as you become the primary contact for member inquiries. You'll manage cash transactions with precision while promoting Luminus products and assisting with online banking services, positively impacting member satisfaction and credit union growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first contact for all member inquiries
• Ensure cash handling follows security procedures
• Handle requests via calls, emails, and in-person visits
• Cross-sell appropriate products and services
• Process electronic funds transfers securely
Requirements:
• High school education or higher required
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Detail-oriented approach to member service
• Passion for delivering excellent customer experiences
