In this full-time role, you'll become a vital part of Intact's claims team, focusing on inbound inquiries and new claims. Multilingual proficiency in French and English is essential, as you guide clients with empathy through often complex insurance issues. Bring your superior organizational skills and resilience to a fast-paced call center environment, ensuring clarity and quality in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Answer inbound calls regarding claims and inquiries
• Document conversations accurately for claims processing
• Initiate conversations with empathy about policy issues
• Maintain quality service and low hold times
• Execute multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English (mandatory)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to navigate high call volumes
• Experience in customer service preferred
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
