Be a key player in Richard Yu's team as a Client Success Manager, centered on coaching and client engagement. This role emphasizes performance-based revenue sharing.
As a Client Success Manager, your influence starts with onboarding new clients and extends through ongoing support via coaching calls and group sessions. Your talent for communication and sales will help encourage client retention and satisfaction, while you manage upgrade and renewal talks. Expect this role to challenge and grow you as you create impactful client training materials.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide welcoming client onboarding experiences
• Lead daily 1:1 coaching sessions for accountability
• Conduct dynamic group coaching meetings weekly
• Manage challenging conversations with clients calmly
• Utilize reporting tools for daily updates and progress
Requirements:
• Strong English proficiency, both spoken and written
• Background in sales or coaching
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools
• Full-time availability required, 8AM–6PM EST, Monday–Friday
• Applicants must be based in North America, Europe, or South Africa
