Become a vital component of the travel industry as a Ticketing Agent, issuing tickets through GDS systems while handling exchanges, refunds, and corporate discounts. This role is designed for skilled professionals looking to enhance their expertise in domestic and international travel.

We are looking for a Ticketing Agent with a minimum of two years of experience in issuing long-haul tickets, handling refunds, and managing multi-airline itineraries for clients from Canada and the US. You will work primarily with call centre agents to provide timely ticket issuance and resolution of various ticketing requests in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue tickets via GDS systems accurately

• Process exchanges, refunds, and corporate discounts

• Manage GST exemptions for international travel

• Collaborate with call centre agents for ticketing inquiries

• Maintain high standards of customer service and communication

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience with long-haul tickets

• Proficient in Apollo/Amadeus, Galileo, and Sabre GDS

• Able to work evenings and weekends independently

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• Experience with snap codes and QREX
