This position requires you to greet clients effectively, answer telephone inquiries, and liaise with catering teams for conference needs. Your strong communication skills will be vital in answering questions and ensuring the fulfillment of client requests, making every visitor feel valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently welcome clients and ensure timely check-in

• Answer incoming calls and relay messages accurately

• Manage Conference Centre Buffet interactions

• Provide additional services during urgent meetings

• Perform various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma with 1-3 years of reception experience

• Proficient with switchboard operations and MS Outlook

• Strong customer service and teamwork abilities

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Familiarity with relevant computer applications
