Your role is crucial in providing outstanding customer service and managing inquiries effectively.
In this full-time receptionist position, you will greet customers, direct incoming calls, and maintain an organized workspace. A successful candidate will excel in communication and display a solid understanding of customer needs, along with the ability to function well in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct customers to appropriate departments upon entry
• Handle phone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
• Communicate professionally with clients via phone and email
• Keep the receptionist area organized and welcoming
• Complete other assigned tasks as necessary
Requirements:
• 1-2 years in customer service related roles
• Experience as a receptionist preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays
