• Comfortable working with cash and maintaining balanced cash floats.
• Ability to calmly handle guest concerns or manage difficult situations, including de‑escalating conflicts when needed.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and guest lists is an asset.
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous. Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must possess valid Smart Serve certification or be willing to obtain prior to first shift.

• Verify IDs for legal drinking age and manage coat check operations.
• Maintain an organized and presentable coat check area for guests.
• Collaborate with management and arcade staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Understand and manage reservations and guest lists effectively.
• Keep cash floats balanced and maintain a clean work station.
• Bid guests a pleasant farewell as they depart.
• Assist with upkeep of merchandise inventory.

• This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts range between 4‑8 hours and extend into late night hours.
