DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer routine and nonroutine customer calls daily.
- Promote positive customer relations with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to deal with customers in a courteous, polite and professional manner at all times.
- Provide support for customer service center as needed.
- Must follow all company rules and procedures.
- Promote positive customer relations with customers and coworkers.
- Other responsibilities may be assigned.
- Enjoy providing prompt and timely service to our clients
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be extremely detail-oriented, productive and possess superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette.
- Excellent attendance and punctuality.

Part-time hours: 20 per week
Pay: $23.00-$29.00 per hour
