As a Passenger Flow Representative, you will be the first point of contact for travelers at Toronto Pearson, ensuring smooth entry and assisting passengers efficiently. You’ll validate travel documents, manage passenger queues, and enhance the overall travel experience by providing top-notch customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet all passengers with a friendly welcome
• Confirm eligibility for restricted area access
• Guide passengers through airport systems and kiosks
• Maintain effective passenger queue management
• Report on incidents and recommend service improvements
Requirements:
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Fluent in both French & English
• High School diploma or Grade 12 education
• Strong communications and active listening skills
• Clear criminal record and eligibility to work in Canada
