Client Experience Ambassador

Osler is recruiting a Client Experience Ambassador for its Hospitality Services group. The role involves providing seamless reception and switchboard services, managing client and visitor interactions, and coordinating support for conferences and boardroom meetings.

Hours of Work

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM and 11:30 AM – 7:30 PM;
Monday to Friday

Major Responsibilities
  • Greet clients and visitors, ensuring efficient and courteous service, and provide information on requested services such as photocopying.
  • Maintain firm security by checking visitors in, issuing visitor tags, and reporting unauthorized visitors to security.
  • Answer all incoming switchboard calls, direct calls appropriately, take accurate messages, and locate staff for urgent messages.
  • Assist clients and lawyers with the Conference Centre Buffet, including explaining procedures and menu options and coordinating special requests with catering.
  • Support urgent requests for additional services during boardroom meetings.
  • Perform other duties as required.
Position Requirements

Education and Experience

High school diploma required; 1‑3 years experience in a professional reception environment. A community college diploma in business administration or a related field is an asset.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Knowledge of a computerized switchboard console.
  • Professionalism and customer‑service/interpersonal skills in dealing with visitors, clients, and staff.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a team member.
  • Excellent problem‑solving skills.
  • Proficiency with computer applications such as MS Outlook, Calendar, Teams, Word, and internet/intranet research.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
Compensation

Expected salary range: $50,000 – $58,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
