Position: Toronto Veterinary Receptionist Opportunity
Make a difference at Beaches Animal Hospital in Toronto as a full-time Veterinary Receptionist.

Your role will ensure every pet parent feels welcomed and cared for in our vibrant facility.

In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and their pets. You will manage phone communications and emails, book appointments, and support the Veterinary team as needed. Your customer service skills and positive demeanor will create a reassuring atmosphere for clients, enhancing the hospital experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a friendly environment for patients and their owners

• Track and manage a multiline phone system for appointments

• Respond to emails and manage scheduling

• Admit and discharge patients properly

• Maintain cleanliness of the reception and common areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service is a must

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Empathy and ability to connect with clients

• Flexibility to assist veterinary staff

• Eagerness to learn about veterinary care and procedures
