About the JobThe Customer Service Representative/Sales Support (Temp) position is responsible for managing customer orders and assisting the Sales Managers and Reps in performing their roles. This position will work day to day within the Canadian team environment to ensure operations run efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities- Order entry for independent and major accounts.
- NSR Order Review.
- Daily review of order reports, monitoring ship windows, shortages, ETA dates.
- Communicate with Sales Reps/Account Managers regarding shortages and extension requests.
- Release order holds when possible.
- Collaborate with SDR to ensure quick turnaround of orders.
- Create work orders for special ticketing requirements.
- Contact customers who pick‑up orders at SDR.
- Run weekly ATS lists by brand to send to Account Managers/Reps/Customers.
- Set up items in retailer portals where applicable.
- Complete necessary forms for SKU set‑ups by customers.
- Complete information needed for web copy requests by customer.
- Assist with special projects such as showroom set‑ups.
- Perform any other duties as assigned in support of company needs and operations.
- College degree and prior office experience.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, database systems, email, and internet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience in a fast‑paced environment with good work habits.
