Client Training Consultant

Position: CMiC Client Training Consultant
Enhance your career with CMiC as a Client Training Consultant. This role involves extensive customer training and consulting across multiple continents.
As part of CMiC, your focus as an Implementation Consultant will be to equip clients with the necessary training on our advanced software solutions. You will connect with customers in sectors such as Architecture, Engineering, and Construction, ensuring they effectively utilize CMiC applications. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training and consulting sessions both onsite and remotely

• Provide ongoing support for CMiC application implementation

• Build effective communication with clients and project managers

• Timely delivery of engagement reports after sessions

• 50% travel required to various customer sites
Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English mandatory

• Minimum 3 years in a consulting or training capacity

• Comfortable adapting to new technologies

• Strong client management and analytical skills

• Proficient in using MS Office tools
