Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls and emails efficiently
• Resolve client issues at first contact
• Assist customers in opening accounts and related transactions
• Identify client financial needs and make appropriate referrals
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and performance indicators
Requirements:
• Minimum two years' experience in customer service
• Bi-lingual proficiency in French and English
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Working knowledge of banking systems and products
• Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail
