FacilityOS is expanding its Customer Success team with a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist. This hybrid role involves engaging with clients to ensure seamless product implementation and fast adoption of our platform. You'll lead training sessions, manage hardware deployment, and nurture client relationships throughout the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct onboarding calls and training sessions effectively
• Collaborate with clients to document configuration requirements
• Resolve implementation issues for smoother integration
• Manage customer relationships from sale to setup
• Drive high client satisfaction scores during onboarding
Requirements:
• 2+ years in project management or customer success roles
• Experience in SaaS onboarding with diverse clients
• Strong organization and multitasking skills
• Proactive and able to collaborate cross-functionally
• Comfortable leading multiple training sessions daily
