In this role, you will be involved in tracking last-mile delivery quality and customizing performance reports for clients. Your efficiency in responding to queries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication will ensure exceptional client satisfaction. A strong background in logistics, especially e-commerce, is desired as you collaborate with internal teams effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Track last-mile delivery metrics and quality

• Excellent Mandarin and English communication skills
