Position: Intact Bilingual Claims Customer Service Role
Join Intact as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in the Claims Department to deliver outstanding service. You will help resolve inquiries efficiently and with courtesy in a hybrid work model.

As part of our dedicated team, you'll manage inbound calls related to claims while providing exceptional support to both internal and external clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Support customers with policy and service inquiries

• Process inbound claims calls using problem-solving methods

• Clearly document all interactions and actions taken

• Navigate difficult conversations with clarity

• Consistently meet daily call volume metrics

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in French and English

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Self-driven and adaptable in a changing environment

• Available to work 35 hours weekly during operational hours
