As an Operational Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in managing passenger flow at Toronto Pearson International Airport. Your responsibilities include validating travel documents, guiding passengers through automated systems, and ensuring smooth control in restricted areas. You'll also be expected to maintain effective communication and establish relationships with various terminal service providers to facilitate exceptional passenger support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet passengers and validate entry requirements
• Assist and guide passengers using kiosks and automated systems
• Monitor assigned areas for efficient passenger flow
• Prepare Incident Reports for customer concerns
• Realign and manage stanchions for queue organization
Requirements:
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Fluent communication in French and English
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Customer Service experience preferred
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
