In this role with CIBC, you will join the Personal and Business Banking Team to provide exceptional support to clients at various banking centers. Your responsibilities include client engagement, transaction assistance, and problem-solving to connect them with relevant teams. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts and financial products effectively
• Assist clients with their day-to-day banking transactions

• Educate clients on mobile banking applications
