This is an onsite role requiring bilingual proficiency in English and French. The initial training lasts three weeks, followed by a three-month probation period, possibly transitioning to a hybrid schedule. Ideal candidates will have previous customer service experience, particularly in the insurance industry, to provide clear and professional support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries regarding insurance coverage promptly
• Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups and renewals
• Ensure all interactions are documented accurately
• Deliver compliant information with a focus on clarity
• Engage with internal teams for effective issue resolution
Requirements:
• Fluent in both English and French
• High school diploma; post-secondary education preferred
• 2 years of prior experience in customer service
• Strong communication and listening abilities
• Comfortable with CRM and customer management systems
