As a Member Service Representative, your engagement in member relationships will drive satisfaction and promote DUCA’s offerings. Saturday availability is required, and you'll actively assist in a variety of transactions while discovering member needs. This role will help you develop skills in a meaningful banking environment committed to community and service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Delight members with exceptional service at branch and via phone
• Identify opportunities to refer members to advisors
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, and routine financial requests
• Engage in proactive outreach to enhance member relationships
• Assist with large cash deposits and daily transaction audits
Requirements:
• High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
• Minimum two years’ customer service experience
• Familiarity with cash handling processes
• Strong aptitude with computer systems
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
