This role, reporting to the Director or Manager of In-Flight Services, requires fluency in English and French. You will need to maintain passenger safety, monitor the cabin condition, and adhere to Porter’s Standard Operating Procedures. Your strong customer service background and teamwork skills will enhance the travel experience for our passengers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure the safety and security of all passengers
• Deliver friendly, attentive service during flights
• Monitor aircraft cabin conditions for safety
• Lift up to 50 lbs and assist during emergencies
• Participate in safety management and reporting
Requirements:
• Valid Canadian or international passport with crew visa
• Minimum age of 19 at employment start
• Completion of secondary school education
• 2 years of customer service experience required
• Ability to meet medical and physical standards
