In this role, you will play a key part in our Supply Chain team, ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient order processing. Your responsibilities will include managing manual and EDI order captures, proactively tracking orders, and addressing customer inquiries. A strong focus on accurate response times and collaboration across departments will be essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage EDI and manual order capture effectively
• Process Bulk and Liquid orders within 4 hours
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via ESKER and phone
• Communicate order status and potential delays
• Provide resolutions for customer complaints and returns
Requirements:
• Minimum two years in Customer Service roles
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order entry
• Experience with SAP is advantageous
• Strong communication and detail-oriented skills
Utilize your bilingual skills and customer service expertise to support ASR Group® in Toronto's dynamic environment.
