As a pivotal team member, you'll manage relationships with a portfolio of global and regional bank clients, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their success with CUBE’s solutions. Your responsibilities will include driving measurable value, protecting revenue streams, and collaborating with Sales and Delivery teams for optimal service outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure customer health, satisfaction, and product adoption
• Foster relationships with senior stakeholders in Compliance, Risk, and Legal
• Drive regular reviews to realize customer value
• Lead the renewal strategy and implementation 6-12 months prior
• Deliver enablement and training for effective platform use
Requirements:
• 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management
• Extensive experience in enterprise financial services
• Proven success in managing complex renewals
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
