Position: E-Commerce Personal Shopper Role
Enhance customer satisfaction as an E-Commerce Personal Shopper by fulfilling orders accurately and efficiently. Deliver a personalized shopping experience that keeps customers coming back.

As a Personal Shopper, you'll be the key to a seamless online shopping journey. In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries and ensure their orders are filled with care, adhering to quality standards. Prior experience is not necessary, as you'll receive comprehensive training to kickstart your journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service through direct interactions

• Accurately shop for customer orders with quality products

• Process customer transactions using various payment methods

• Contact customers for order confirmations and substitutions

• Maintain a positive and efficient shopping environment

Requirements:

• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active during shifts

• Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness in customer interactions

• Motivated and independent work ethic

• Must be at least 18 years old for a background check
