Position: Customer Success Leader for Samsara's Fleet Solutions
Drive customer engagement and satisfaction as a Customer Success Manager with Samsara in Canada. Focus on customizing fleet solutions for enhanced operational performance.

This role requires collaboration with various teams to ensure that our customers achieve their safety and efficiency goals using our IoT platform. You will be instrumental in orchestrating business reviews and success workshops, guiding clients through best practices and tailored solutions. Mentorship opportunities are also available within the Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance fleet operations through strategic guidance

• Formulate success plans outlining objectives and metrics

• Facilitate executive reviews to track progress

• Conduct workshops to familiarize clients with workflows

• Mentor team members in customer success initiatives

Requirements:

• 2-4+ years in customer success management roles

• Proven ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders

• Background in SaaS and technical product management

• Willingness to travel for client interactions

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset
