Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of Customer Experience Associates

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Act as Officer in Charge during emergencies

• Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience

• Assist with change management and new policy implementation

Requirements:

• Proven leadership skills in team coaching and development

• Previous experience in team management and scheduling

• Flexible work availability

• Banking experience as an asset

• Strong technical skills for digital banking promotion
