Cage Cashier

Position: Cage Cashier Role
Elevate your career with our Cage Cashier position at a vibrant casino in Toronto, Ontario. Engage with customers while managing cash transactions and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Reporting to the Manager of Cage or Supervisor of Slot & Cage, you will leverage your cash handling experience to provide exceptional customer service. This role includes monitoring cash activities, processing transactions, and supporting a safe environment for both team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash transactions and foreign currency exchanges

• Monitor and report discrepancies in cash handling

• Redeem value chips and gaming tickets for cash

• Sell racing tickets and related items as needed

• Document and reconcile cash transactions and deposits

Requirements:

• High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus

• Minimum of 1 year experience in high volume cash handling

• Food Safety Certification required

• Must obtain a Gaming License

• Strong communication skills for excellent customer service
