As a Customer Service Analyst, you will support DePuy Synthes’ Supply Chain organization by improving service levels while analyzing key metrics. You’ll collaborate with Sales and Customer Management to enhance operational decision-making, ensuring prompt resolution of delivery and order issues. Additionally, you will contribute to initiatives that directly impact customer satisfaction and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze customer service metrics for informed decision-making
• Monitor service activity to optimize workload distribution
• Act as liaison for order, delivery, and service issues
• Provide support for sales order processing and inquiries
• Prepare customer-facing reports and status updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 0–2 years in customer service or analytical roles
• Ability to analyze operational data effectively
• Strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Proficiency in business systems like CRM or ERP
