Position: Senior Client Relationship Manager Moomoo
Drive client success as a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Moomoo Canada Financial Inc. This pivotal role focuses on retaining and growing relationships with sophisticated investors nationwide.

In this position, you will coordinate services for high-value clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and ongoing support. Your strong commercial awareness and empathetic client engagement will be key in enhancing the user journey. Collaborate with teams across service, product, and compliance to provide tailored solutions for our elite client segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop relationships with priority high-net-worth clients

• Manage client onboarding, service support, and retention strategies

• Communicate proactively to strengthen client trust

• Lead client activation and growth initiatives

• Gather feedback to inform product and service enhancements

Requirements:

• Completion of the Canadian Securities Course and CPH

• At least 5 years of experience in brokerage or client services

• High-level understanding of financial products

• Fluency in English, with Mandarin preferred

• Strong client engagement and communication skills
