You will conduct training sessions, document requirements, and oversee the full customer experience from sales to successful implementation. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead onboarding calls and training sessions with clients

• Gather and document configuration requirements from clients

• Address any issues with hardware delivery and software setup

• Build relationships with customers during the implementation phase

• Ensure compliance during account setup in FacilityOS portal

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in SaaS or customer success roles

• Comfortable leading multiple training sessions daily

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Strong solution-oriented and proactive mindset

• Experience in client-facing roles, ideally in tech
