Join our fast-growing cybersecurity SaaS company as a Technical Customer Success Manager. You will engage directly with customers to support adoption and ensure maximum utilization of our platform.
This collaborative role requires you to lead onboarding processes and provide technical training tailored to client needs. As an advisor throughout the customer lifecycle, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to enhance customer success and retention.
Your role will impact customer interactions and promote growth across the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide new customers through onboarding and setup
• Maintain relationships with essential customer stakeholders
• Address technical inquiries swiftly and effectively
• Drive user engagement and product value
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Business, Computer Science, or similar
• 3+ years in Customer Success or Technical Account Management
• Technical understanding of complex environments
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
