This role is within CIBC's Personal and Business Banking Team, where you’ll thrive in a dynamic banking center. Your primary responsibility will be assisting clients with their daily banking needs, answering questions, and connecting them to relevant CIBC team members. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends at multiple locations is required to ensure excellent client support.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage client accounts and provide tailored product assistance
• Actively listen and identify client issues for resolution
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Work collaboratively with team members on client solutions
• Maintain meaningful client interactions to enhance experience
Requirements:
• Strong background in customer service
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to adapt to various banking center environments
• Enthusiasm for learning and utilizing technology
