Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll provide bilingual support to customers and business partners through phone, email, and online channels
  • You’ll assist users with navigating online tools, applications, and digital platforms

Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of customer service, client support, administrative, or coordination experience
  • Fully bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken

  • Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environ ment
